The government youth project? Nope didn't work, won't ever work. The problem is at the parent level. You can't give people things or they expect all the time and lose the desire to compete. To help black people, you need to stop throwing money at them. You atheists taught them how to be lazy and blame others for there failures, just like some of every other race, but the black people bought into it more because the Atheists used slavery as a bat to beat america with. Black people were better off as a family unit before you folks ruined their people. They made much less money than whites, we did by proxy deprive them of the positions they deserved, they had less fatherless children by percentage, they had a stronger familty unit.
The moral issues would have been dealt with without the commies acting like they actualy help anyone.
