nope, that is not true. there are numerous theists here who accept ToE.
I have heard Cretionists claim that a belief in evolution makes us behave as immoral animals since we have no higher power leading the way.....merely nature.
Evolution is said to lead to crime, divorce and playing pool....... yep.....right here in River City.
Well, since every "evolutionist" on here has been saddled with also being an atheist let us compare.
Let's look at some Fedreal Bureau of Prison Statistics...shall we?
Christians make up 78.5% of the US population yet make up 83.761% of the prison population.
Atheists or non believers make up roughly 10% to 16% of the US population yet make up 2/10ths of 1& of the US prison population.

Divorce:
http://www.religioustolerance.org/chr_dira.htm
Jewish Faith 30% divorce rate
Born Again Christian 27% divorce rate
Other Christian: 24% divorce rate
Atheists: 21% divorce rate
Now, I would like to point out that I do alot of Divorce work. Jews and Born Again Christians....Thank you for your business.
Teen Pregnancy:
Too long to explain but the more religious the state...the higher the teen pregnancy rate even taking abortions into the mix. Pregnant is Pregnant. I gotta admit...us evolutionist do like killing fetus'. I consider it God's work. We are just killing baby's like God did in the good ole book.

The main one i wanted to point out was the Prison Statistics. I find that one interesting.
Now, my point here is that a belief in a god does not lead to moral behavior. A belief in evolution does not lead to immoral behavior. I think it is important to note that when I pointed out the low proportion of atheists in prison, I was not implying that atheists are somehow morally superior. However, I cannot think of a reason for such a disparity off the top of my head.
Finally, I am sure someone will point to a bogus statistic that shows suicide or crime rates going up after teaching creationism was "outlawed" in schools. To this i say: Post hoc ergo propter hoc. (After this therefore because of this) This is a logical fallacy that states that B was caused by A becuuse B happened after A. Just because something happened after something does not mean there is a causal connection between the two. I would also like to point out that all these statisics show the increase actually starting well before creationism was "outlawed".
Any thoughs???
