i gave enough parameters to make at least and educated hypothesis. and you could have at least asked for more information. XD i left out a lot of information which you could have gotten by observation on site. i did this on purpose so you would ask for more information.

 

for starters

we find only a few bones all of which belong to 1 set.

so we have at least a part of animal.

 

the bones arent bleached so they werent exposed a lot of sunlight when they were buried.

 

this makes you think. 30 metres down? maby the environment wasn't desert back then? shadows cast by plants would explain the unbleached bones.

probably this animalk was dismemebered by a preditor. only a few bones are found.

 

after coming up with al lthis you could then ask for more information. liiike.

where there any marks on the bones?

waht kind of bones where they?
what is the strata layer they where found in?

 

since the bones aren't fossilized we coul do a carbon dating, but of course we could also look at the composition of the strata layer and the composition of the same layer in surroundign areas.

 

i never implied that this was the ONLY information on the bones. if you don't ask you won't know.

with mroe information gathered fro further study you CAN make an fairly accurate guess on the ages of these bones.

 

so lets say:

the bones are homonid, small and contain little calcium and so probably that of a small child.

the contained teeth marks

there are 2 strata layers above (1 savanna and 1 desert)

the strata layer it was found in showed traces of large quantaties of plant life.

carbon dating gives 15000-16 000 years.

surrounding sites show delta formations.

 

so we can make a hypothasis on this.

15 000-16 000 years ago the area was a flood plain, with some scrub and tree growth.

a homonid child was grabbed by  apredetor and dismembered (predetor had hirarchy?) a piece of the child was taken and consumened in a shadowed area.

the bones where probably covered when the flood plain flooded the shadowed area.

 

this hypothesis would suggest:
predetation on homonids.

homonid poresence in this region.

the homonisd population might not have dressed their children or adorned them.

and probably soem other things. but you get the idea...
