IMO the most amusing thing about Kent Hovind's legal adventure is that he seems genuinely surprised by his repeated defeats. It almost seems like he's fallen into the trap of believing his own publicity - 15 years of "preaching to the converted" has apparently convinced him that his persuasive abilities will also work on juries and professional adjudicators.

Everyone should write to hovind and encourage him to fess up to his wrongdoing and appologise. Just in case there is a jesus and a heaven...I would like to see him there. As things are going, if there is a hell...welll...I won't be seing him in heaven.
